Heathen Brewing Brewpub and Tap Firetruck on the way!

  • Heathen Brewpub is still in the permitting process.  We hope to break ground in September and open in summer of 2015!  I have attached some pictures.
  • Heathen’s Firetruck Kegertor is getting worked on and will be featured at Fort Vancouver’s 4th of July celebration at Fort Vancouver!  If you haven’t heard we bought a 1956 firetruck last summer and have been modifying to be a 7 tap kegerator on wheels.  This things is going to be awesome.  Check out the pics!
  • Heathen is the official beer for Vancouver USA Marathon and Summer Brewfest!  That means each runner will get a free Heathen beer after they finish their race.  Rumor has it that Heathen may be donating some swag for the runners that finish last, but finish a marathon.  More info @ http://www.vancouverusamarathon.com/?pg=events_and_races&sb=brewfest
  • For those that didn’t know we do have 22 oz bottles.  They are limited supply because we are only bottling once of month, but they are here.
  • Heathen is now in Spokane, all of Oregon and of course SW WA.  As of July 11th we will be in the greater Seattle market as well!  Heathen is a virus of craft beer trickling throughout the NW.
  • Imbibe Session IPA just went live last night and is a truly sessionable IPA at 5.2%

Portland, OR /// Beers Made By Walking - beersmadebywalking.com

Hike with Brewers in Forest Park
Beers Made By Walking, the program that invites breweries to make new beer inspired by nature walks, is collaborating with the Forest Park Conservancy in Portland, Oregon, to offer a series of local hikes throughout the summer and fall. Led by Forest Park Conservancy's Matt Wagoner and local brewers, these hikes will focus on edible and medicinal plants and inspire a series of beers that will serve as drinkable, landscape portraits of Forest Park and the surrounding area.

Hikes are free, but registration is required.
Tickets will become available approximately a week before each hike. You can follow the Facebook Event Page for Beers Made By Walking Hikes to receive updates about the program. Location and directions will be sent to registered guests.
