Sierra Nevada Barrel-Aged 30th Anniversary Bigfoot Barleywine

Here's the buzz. This was slated to be released earlier, but for unknown reasons (legal issues I believe) the beer has been slated for this year. All I know is that I want my hands on it, because I love the beer, and I feel the best beers to barrel-age are either barleywines, or wheats.

"Here’s a new release from Sierra Nevada that I can’t wait to try. Today we have the 750ml bottle label for Sierra Nevada Barrel-Aged Bigfoot Barleywine Style Ale aged in Whiskey Barrels. This beer celebrates the 30th anniversary of Bigfoot by aging the popular Barleywine in oak whiskey casks for 2-years! Look for this bad boy to come in at 11.8% ABV."

"Over a beer with Sierra Nevada brewer Terrance Sullivan earlier this year, he told me about plans to release a barrel aged edition of Bigfoot in 2012. The North Carolina build tentatively pushed this release into 2013, but the plans remain intact. Sierra obtained a mixture of whiskey barrels (Jack Daniels, Heaven Hill, Jim Beam) for this project. 750 is the bottle size and the labels are painted."

My understanding is that the release won't get distributed to all of their spots on the map. As well, it will only be about a quarter of the production of previous barrel-aged projects.  Any other insight and info would be greatly appreciated.
